GLD Series Clinker Chain Bucket Conveyor

The GLD series clinker chain bucket conveyor, introduced and developed by DLD, is clinker conveying equipment which can transport materials at large angles, over long distance and for a long time. It is convenient, durable, effective and low-cost. It can work in very harsh conditions. Closely spaced buckets facilitate transporting ultra-fine particulate clinker with dust. Plate chains and forging chains are adopted respectively according to the conveyance quantity and conveyance height. The breaking force of a chain is up to 1800 KN.
Its lifting height is up to 70m and conveyance length is up to 200m.
Its conveyance capacity reaches 800 tons per hour.
It can convey materials at instantaneous temperature of up to 400°C.
It adopts precision forged chains standardized by DLD.
It can convey ultra-fine particulate clinker with a high dust concentration.
It employs advanced pans and buckets without leaking materials.
